PHASE 1 – Vehicle Viewing

Buyer views vehicles with live real images, RC images and detailed condition description on Vaganasanthai website.

Buyer contacts Vaganasanthai for direct discussion.
PHASE 2 – Buyer Screening & Finance

Buyer basic verification (Location, Existing vehicle owner / New buyer).

Consulting fees – 2% of vehicle value. Buyer trust confirmation and process clarity discussion.

Finance enquiry by self OR via Vaganasanthai coordination.

Finance eligibility confirmed with financier before site visit.
PHASE 3 – Site Visit & Document Verification

Visit date booked minimum 1 day before.

Buyer + Mechanic inspect vehicle physically in presence of Vaganasanthai staff.

Original documents verified physically (RC, Insurance, Fitness, Tax, Other records).

If buyer not interested – No consulting fee collected.
PHASE 4 – Price Finalisation & Agreement

Real RC Owner brought to vehicle spot.

Buyer and Seller directly discuss and fix final price.

Token advance paid to Seller through Vaganasanthai staff physically.

Sale agreement written with full vehicle details and delivery timeline.

Total Consulting Fee = 2%

PHASE 5 – Finance & RTO Process

Buyer submits documents to financier.

If sufficient advance paid, Seller surrenders vehicle at RTO.

Balance vehicle amount paid to Seller.
